International Shipping policy

What is an international order?

An international order is considered any order that is being shipped to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or anywhere else outside of the domestic 50 United States.

How long is processing?

After we receive your order, no matter where you reside there is a processing time of 3-5 business days for preparing and perfecting your package.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

At this time, we are unable to provide an estimated timeframe for shipping once your order leaves our warehouse. This is due to the fact that it takes longer to get to some parts of the world than others. You will receive an automated shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped. Please refer to the tracking information in your shipment confirmation email for any updates on your order status.

Which courier will deliver my package?

All of our international orders are shipped via FedEx. If you prefer to have your order shipped through a different courier, please send an email to customerservice@playpits.com when you are ready to place the order and we will discuss other options.

Are there any additional shipping fees?

Shipping costs for international orders are applied at a flat rate of $15. All taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and automatically included in your shipping fee total. Be sure to review your final order details before submitting your order to see the most accurate pricing for your specific shipment. Please note that certain discounts/ sales that we offer may not apply to international orders.

Our customer service team is always happy to address any and all concerns you may have about Play Pits. Should you need to contact us for any reason, please send one direct email to customerservice@playpits.com or a message through the contact form on our website.

If you are inquiring about an order, be sure to include your order number or the associated email address. For security purposes, we ask that you refrain from sending personally secured information such as bank statements or credit/debit card details.

Please do not send duplicate/multiple messages regarding the same matter, as this disrupts and delays the communication process for all of our valued customers. In the unlikely event that you do not receive any response within 48 business hours, we encourage you to follow up with us by sending one additional message through whichever method you did not use previously.

It is important to note that our social media is not monitored by the same team as our customer service inquiries. All messages will be answered within 24-48 business hours in the order in which they are received. Don’t forget to add our email address to your list of approved senders so that our messages are not flagged as spam/junk/promotions.
